9/6 Mr. Martinez badge 1000183086 came on the line at 9:40 AM. Paper return was received 8/25/11 in contrast to Ms. Butner's statement that IRS received in March 2011. Mr. Martinez said the electronic filing in March was attempted but was rejected. Author explains because HR Block says my son is being claimed by someone else and author had to submit documentation i.e. birth certificate and SSN cards of all household members being claimed.
It takes 6-8 weeks to process a paper return.
Author requested 2009 transcript instead and will be mailed.

9/6 call initiated at 9:23 AM Tue. (800)908-9946. Request for transcript. If 2010 is not ready, previous year. Have it mailed.
9/2 1:11 PM. Spoke to Agent Butner ID 0901606. I requested for transcript for 2010 tax return. Has not been processed yet. They received via mail the return on March 2011. Refund not processed yet.
